Abstract
The purpose of the study is to give school counselors in Ogun State SecondarySchools an opportunity to express their opinions about their work as counselors with a view toassessing their level of job satisfaction. It has been observed that the rate of counselors’ turnover ishigh. The need therefore arises to find out the problems encouraging the turnover in the bid to reduceor eradicate the phenomena especially now that there is need for more school counselors to handle theguidance roles in the school curriculum.
