Abstract

The article describes experimental work on the psychological correction of higher mental functions of pupils of preschool speech therapy groups of kindergarten combined type. The purpose of the study is to identify the effectiveness of the use of educational kinesiology in the development of higher mental functions of preschoolers with speech disorders. Based on the study of higher mental functions by the method of “Express diagnosticsˮ by N. N. Pavlov and A. G. Rudenko, the features of attention, memory, thinking, speech, perception and imagination in preschoolers with speech disorders were revealed. The program of work of a teacher-psychologist and the results of its application are described. The author comes to the conclusion that preschoolers with speech disorders of the experimental group experienced a significant increase in such mental processes as “Thinkingˮ and “Speech and thinkingˮ.
