Abstract

Introduction. The increased activity of organizations as a result of intense changes, the COVID-19 pandemic as well as social tension caused, in particular, by the military threat in the east of Ukraine, necessitates the development and wide use of effective psychological and organizational technologies, which requires a study of the content and organizational basis for such technologies. Aim. To determine the content, structure, types and usage forms of psychological and organizational technologies. Methods: theoretical analysis of the relevant problems, analysis and generalization of practical experience. Results. The article analyzes the essence and content of psychological technologies as a type of humanitarian technologies, the role of the technological approach in the development of psychological and organizational technologies as well as the psychological and organizational technology structure and the relationship between its structural components (between the technology components and their interactive techniques). The author also discusses the types and usage forms of psychological and organizational technologies. Conclusions. The approaches presented in the article can be used to develop psychological and organizational technologies to promote organizations' performance by means of managers and staff's psychological training.
