Abstract

Work-life integration has emerged as an important concept of understanding in the field of organizational behavior theoretically as well as practically in the organizations. The present study was designed to comprehend the importance of work-life integration and analyze psychological acceptance and workplace wellbeing. Purposive sampling of 202 from IT sector was conducted from Delhi NCR region. It was hypothesized that work-life integration can be significantly predicted by psychological acceptance and workplace wellbeing. The results evidently indicate that psychological acceptance and workplace wellbeing shares significant covariance with work family conflict and family work conflict. A significant association was found between psychological acceptance and workplace well being. It can be concluded that organizations can take steps for better integration of human recourse policies also there can be skill-development programs in organizations for employees to deal with their work-family conflicts, by making them aware of the integration method.
