Abstract
Dr. Lake is a Psychiatrist in private practice, 409 Coleman Boulevard, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464; E-mail: [email protected]. The author has disclosed that she has no significant relationships with or financial interests in any commercial organizations pertaining to this educational activity. The author also has disclosed that the use of some atypical antipsychotics for treatment of major depressive disorder as discussed in this article has not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. All staff in a position to control the content of this CME activity have disclosed that they have no financial relationships with, or financial interests in, any commercial companies pertaining to this educational activity.
