Abstract

In this study, the authors summarize the considerations contained in the first part of the article concerning the regulations in force in Slovakia and the Czech Republic relating to preventing or obstructing the execution of various official decisions, and also compare these regulations with Polish solutions and formulate conclusions resulting from this comparison.
