Abstract

The aim of this article is to present the projects reform of teacher training, which emerged during the Second Republic of Poland in the journal “Przegląd Pedagogiczny”. Put up a proposal were an important voice in planning changes in the education system teachers because it was based on an analysis of the educational status of the time in Poland. They discussed not only on reforming the institutions created even during the annexations, but also the establishment of new forms of teachers education, curriculum, duration of studies and the conditions of adoption candidates. In this aspect, educators spoke, who working in the institutions responsible for the preparation of this profession and teachers associated with higher education. Proposed reform projects related to teachers without qualifications for teaching in general education and secondary education, next by training teachers, to the development of knowledge among directors of secondary schools. They spoke also about the organization of institutional and ad hoc forms of education of this professional group.
