Abstract
92養豚場の2010年の生産成績，豚繁殖・呼吸障害症候群（porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome: PRRS）ウイルス（PRRSV）有無，立地条件を解析した．PRRSV陽性農場の割合は82.6%（76/92）で，陽性群は陰性群に比べ離乳後死亡率が有意に高く（陽性6.1%，陰性3.9%：P <0.01），平均1日増体重が有意に低かった（陽性585.1 g，陰性638.8 g：P<0.01）．PRRSV有無に関するロジスティック回帰分析より，PRRSV陽性割合は周辺3 kmに他養豚場がある農場で有意に高く（オッズ比=4.09，95%信頼区間＝1.07，15.70），関東地域で東北以北地域より有意に高かった（オッズ比=41.80，95%信頼区間＝4.80，363.0）．PRRSV保有は所在地や近隣農場の存在と関連しており，地域でのPRRS対策が重要と考えられた．
