Abstract

A 37-year-old male presented with hemoptysis for 1 week. His previous chest X-ray (Figure 1A) showed small volume of the right lung, absence of right pulmonary hilum and mediastinum shifted to right. Contrast-enhanced chest CT (Figure 1B) revealed absence of right pulmonary artery and mosaic perfusion (Figure 1C) during expiratory phase.
