Abstract

Background: Acquired vaginal stenosis is a complication of pelvic radiation or vaginal surgery and can have significant gynecological implications related to menstruation, sexual function, and fertility. The purpose of this study to describe provider practices that are initiated to prevent acquired vaginal stenosis in pediatric and adolescent patients.
