Abstract
Case report of a small child with an early hydrocephalus of unknown origin. After trauma, he developed an epidural haematoma. The peculiarities of intracranial, space-occupying haematomas in children with hydrocephalus are described in detail, and the diagnosis of disturbances in circulation of CSF, by means of continual epidural measurement of cerebral pressure, is mentioned.
