Abstract

The technology of rice threshing machines has advanced to replace traditional machines used to thresh rice using raw materials. The design has created a rice threshing machine with the following specifications: a diameter of 0.07 meters, a high cut for threshing rice with a diameter of 20 cm, a questionnaire system, and energy from solar panels with a peak power of about 200 watts and a power rotation of 1 HP with a rotation of about 2000 rpm. given using Planning a machine A functional questionnaire is a tool used to gather data regarding the anticipated functions of a pad thresher machine. It refers to the entire design process of the machine, including technical specifications, components employed, and the machine's operating principle. Questions regarding rotational speed, necessary power, piece size, and other needed machine attributes may be included in this questionnaire. The focus of the basic questionnaire is on the elements or specific parts of the rice making machine. This form may ask about the design, the materials employed, the arrangement of the components, the system drivers, and other technical factors that must be taken into account when developing a machine. designing and creating pad threshing equipment that is practical and meets requirements. The rice threshing machine in this plan will be powered by a 750 watt engine. One 12 volt, 100 Ah battery will power the motor, and during the day, a solar panel with a 200 watt peak power will be used to recharge the battery. Additionally, there is additional charging available through an electrical charger with a 12 volt, 60 amp output. The rice threshing machine will be able to produce roughly 50 kg of ready-to-dried grain for 5 hours each day with this design. The machine will be powered by electricity produced by solar panels and fully charged batteries. The machine can run autonomously and without the need for a power source by making the best use of solar energy and batteries.
