Abstract

Potentiometry is used to determine the stepwise dissociation constants of glycyl-L-aspartic acid at 298.15 K and ionic strengths of 0.1, 0.3, 0.5. 1.0, 1.5 (KNO3). The obtained data are extrapolated to zero ionic strength according to an equation with one individual parameter, and the values of the thermodynamic dissociation constants are calculated.
