Abstract

This paper present a protocol to solve a specific problem of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Service of Fundacion Escuela de Medicina Nuclear (FUESMEN). This institution presented a problem associated with the visualization of MRI studies using anatomic (Tl, T2, PD) and functional (DWI, DTI, tractography and BOLD) imaging sequences. Therefore, it presents a developed protocol that allows three-dimensional visualization of different morphological and functional MRI sequences using registration and fusion techniques.
