Abstract
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of the United States of America and the National Bureau of Oceanography of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Parties); acting under the Agreement Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the People's Republic of China on Cooperation in Science and Technology, signed in Washington, D.C. on January 31, 1979; for the purpose of promoting cooperation and collaboration in the field of marine and fishery science and technology; have agreed as follows: The Parties agree to cooperate with each other in the field of marine and fishery science and technology.
