Abstract

In this article, the analyzed scientific literature is devoted to the process of resiliency and the protective factors involved in this process. It was determined that protective factors are personal resources that interact with risks and stresses, reducing their consequences, they can be internal and external. Internal factors will be divided into physical, which include health and genetics, and mental, which are a set of personal qualities.
 External factors include social ones, such as the presence of support from family and friends, positive interaction with other systems.Based on this, models of internal and external protective factors were developed. Each component of the model is characterized, and its influence on the process of building resilience is described.
