Abstract

The coat protein (CP) genes of watermelon mosaic virus II (WMV II) and zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV) were engineered for expression in plant tissues and subsequently transferred into Nicotiana benthamiana by Agrobacterium tumefaciens.
