Abstract
In the era of rights based society, everyone is conscious about their rights but it is very much crucial that how many are interested to claim for enforcement of their rights. Due to the advent of information technology, the life style of people has been changed. The effect of information technology is of utmost significance as it has attracted the attention of all people without any discrimination. Everyone is in connection at the global level through internet and mobile phones. But on other hand, the service providers-governmental as well as non-governmental-taking the recourse of helplessness of consumers are exploiting to subscribers. In this paper, the rights of mobile phone users are dealt in the light of rules, regulations and laws.
