A multimedia work having multiple streams of work. When any multimedia work need protection under copyright act than confusion arises that under which category of work our multimedia work will cover? Multimedia work plays a major role in cyberspace than protection of this work is very necessary. In this paper we discuss the complexities of multimedia work for getting protection.
