Abstract

There are many complex high energy particles in the space environment, which can cause single particle effect in the high-speed optical interface module used in the space vehicle communication system. In order to avoid high speed optical interface single particle effect leads to abnormal interface module, design a kind of complex space environment prevention multi-channel high-speed optical interface module of single particle effect of polling monitoring and protection methods, and use a highly efficient and convenient pulse laser single particle effect corresponding laser device of simulation experiment and test. The results not only verify the single particle effect and the large current and abnormal working phenomenon of the optical interface module in the same design process under the pulse laser simulation test, but also fully verify the effectiveness of the monitoring and protection method of the multi-channel high-speed optical interface module under the single particle effect.
