In today's globalized world, where interconnectedness is increasing at a rapid pace, the protection of human rights faces both significant challenges and opportunities. This research paper explores various aspects of human rights, including their definition, historical evolution, international legal frameworks, contemporary challenges, and innovative approaches to safeguarding human dignity in the face of globalization.
