Abstract
This clinical report describes a case of external auricle defect due to trauma. In the present report, a 23-year-old patient rehabilitated with an implant-retained 2-component room-temperature-vulcanizing silicone prosthesis showed success at the 2-year follow-up. The high-simulation prosthesis was accomplished through uniform intrinsic staining, followed by characteristic extrinsic staining and then matte finishing.
