Abstract
This paper contains historical review of prostate gland zonal anatomy approaches from morphological and radiological points of view. Nowadays, someconfusion remains in “central zone” term usage. Thus, authors propose to avoid using this termin conclusions of MR and TRUS exams. It’s also recommended to use 39 sectors prostate scheme for tumor localization only in cases, where MR exams were technically corresponded to PIRADSv2 system requirements.

Summary
Существует множество классификаций долевого строения предстательной железы. Урологи традиционно выделяют 3 доли – 2 боковые и среднюю [1]. Однако существовали и другие классификации: деление предстательной железы на 5 долей – переднюю, заднюю, среднюю и 2 боковых [2], на 6 долей – 2 задние, 2 внутренние и 2 боковые [3]. Данная классификация наиболее логично определяет строение предстательной железы, использующееся для анализа эхографических и МРизображений Что касается МР-диагностики рака предстательной железы, то для ее стандартизации в 2007 г. Авторы данной системы не рекомендует использовать термин ‘‘centralgland’’ – “внутренняя часть железы” как совокупность переходной и центральных зон, особенно у пациентов с доброкачественной гиперплазией предстательной железы, так как это не отражает морфологию простаты. 1.
