Abstract

IT industry is becoming popular for the workers who want to do perform offshore or freelance job in business. World’s leading researchers have announced Bangladesh as a leading outsourcing destination. Bangladesh is prospecting with IT outsourcing in regard of human resources, financial and political stability, macro and micro level infrastructure andmarket positioning with a huge competition. Besides these factors, the scenario has changed a lot within the long history in Bangladesh’s IT industry since 1964. On the other side outsourcing is being the most popular method of doing things in least expen sive way. IT outsourcing has the largest share in regard of job quantity. Technology has changed the world, and Bangladesh has a larger stake to compete with other market within IT outsourcing industry.

Introduction

IT industry and Computer technology is not the same. Most of the time people misinterprets between these two terms. IT has emerged in a very long way of operations. World’s first Mainframe Computer was installed in Dhaka University in 1964 and since Bangladesh has seen many phases of history of IT.
