AbstractArtificial intelligence is a technical science that studies and develops theories, methods, technologies, and applications used to simulate, extend, and expand human intelligence. The main research areas include expert systems, machine learning, evolutionary computing, fuzzy logic, computer vision, natural language processing, recommendation systems, etc. At present, artificial intelligence has become an important content in the seven major sections of the “new infrastructure,” which has a significant role in promoting 5G base station construction, UHV, new energy vehicle charging piles, and industrial Internet technology, especially to lay the foundation for digital and intelligent transformation in many fields. In the power field, it has been applied to the operation, control and management of the power system, and has achieved phased results. The application of artificial intelligence technology in the power system has greatly improved its automation and intelligence level and promoted the intelligent upgrade of the power industry.
