Abstract
The state of wodld production of natural and synthetic wollastonite and its field of application are analyzed by the literature data. The Russian consumer market of wollastonite is evaluated. It is shown that the production of synthetic wollastonite in Russia is rational in parallel with the development of natural wollastonite deposits.
