Abstract
The article discusses the prospects for improving the procedures of cadastral valuation of real estate. The main changes in the legislation based on the development of innovations in relation to the cadastral valuation to achieve the most accurate result. The changes taking place include the introduction of the institution of state cadastral appraisers.
