Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine students’ view on the using station technique at Environmental Education course. The research sample consisted 40 prospective teachers who teaching in Bartin University Education Faculty. Four different learning stations were constituted. First station was defined as “Story”, second was “motto”, third was “Poem” and fourth was “picture”. 10 minutes was given for each station. Students were told to do task in the station where they were, in 10 minutes and go to the next station when time ended. It was said that products would be read by one after the activity. Prospective teachers stated that station technique was funny, useful, creative, supporting active participation. In addition, prospective teachers stated that they will use station technique when they will work as a teacher.
