Abstract
목적: CT 검사에서 조영제를 사용하는 검사는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2019년 1월부터 12 월까지 발생한 조영제의 부작용 사례에 대해 분석해보고자 하였다. 방법: 2019년 1월부터 2019년 12월까지 본 원의 전자의무기록에서 조영제의 부작용과 관련한 데이터를 후향적으로 수집하여 비교 하였다. 데이터는 증상의 중증도와 발현 시간, 전처치 여부에 대해 분석 하였다. 결과: 해당 기간 동안 전체 1160건의 조영제 부작용이 있었고 이중 86.21%에서 경증, 12.24%에서 중등증, 1.55%에서 중증의 증상을 나타냈다. 결론: CT 검사에서 조영제의부작용에 대한 이해와 부작용을 관리하는 절차는 보다 안전환 환자 검사에 도움이 될 것이다.Purpose: As the number of CT case rose, the side effects from the contrast medium have increased. The purpose of this study was to review and analyse the contrast agent side effect on CT examination in our hospital during 2019. Material and Method: We collected to contrast side effect form medical record system in seoul national university hospital. This data was analyzes to symptom of time dependency, premedication type and severity classification. Results: From January 2019 to December 2019, CT contrase agent side effect showed 1160 case. Slight illness symptom was 86.21%. middle illness symptom12.24% and serious illness was 1.55%, respectively. Conclusions: The CT contrast agent side effect case review process and understanding of symptom classification will be help to improve patient safety on CT examinations.
