Abstract

With the accelerated digitization process that we are currently facing, organizations have begun to migrate their structural and strategic as well as symbolic and cultural processes to digital socialization spaces. Both from a point of view of promoting the organization, as well as the procedures that allow its own development. This reality should be understanded in order to carry out studies that encompass new forms of organizational expression, for which reason this text intends to explain the organization from the cyborg metaphor of Haraway (1984) and propose its study from multi-sited ethnography tools, specifically from the positions of digital ethnography.
