Abstract

Achieving efficiency in the execution of organizational processes is the goal pursued by institutions seeking to achieve sustainable results. However, to succeed in this challenge it is necessary to develop a holistic vision about the company and its processes, to know the human capital available in the organization, its competences and capabilities and to engage it in activities that point to the organizational strategy. The lack of knowledge of the optimization factors of strategic processes and human capital is a barrier to achieving the sustainable result of the company, as it does not direct efforts nor optimize the allocation of human capital according to their competencies. Therefore, with the help of Factor Analysis, this study proposes a strategic process optimization and human capital factors as a means of value creation in organizations, thus contributing to the sustainability of business strategy. The methodology applied in the project is based on qualitative and quantitative research, with the bibliographic study and the survey being the qualitative piece of the study. Descriptive Statistics integrates the quantitative part of the research together with Factor Analysis, which aims to summarize or explain the set of observed variables, defining an underlying structure between them and deriving latent dimensions called factors. In addition to the corroboration of all variables by experts, the research identified four factors that synthesize the multisectoral business scenario, as well as summarize the various aspects that involve the study of human’ characteristics and relationships with organizational activities. Such simplification drives business action, leading to value creation in organizations through Process Optimization and Human Capital. Finally, the concentration of Brazilians among experts (97%) compromises the generalization of the research at global scenario.
