Abstract

Although President Obama's NIH budget would rise in 2011 to $32.9 billion from this year's budget of $31.9 billion, FASEB, the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology, says the administration's proposed 3.2% increase is insufficient to sustain the momentum from stimulus funding.
