Abstract
In recent years, more and more people are keeping pets. Currently, many zoonotic diseases exist, and it is possible to contract zoonotic diseases from pets. One of the routes of infection is through excrement. To address this issue, we previously developed a device that automatically folds and disposes of pet sheets when it automatically recognizes excrement. However, every time a sheet is disposed of, the owner has to manually place a new sheet, which makes it impossible to be away from home for long periods of time. Therefore, we developed a system that installs a new pet sheet every time a sheet is discarded. The installation system is set up next to the disposal system. Multiple sheets of pet sheets are replenished in advance. After the petsheets are discarded, use a fan suspended by wires at the top to suck up the petsheets. Use casters to move the pet sheets to the disposal system. Turn off the output of the fan and drop the pet sheets onto the disposal system. Put the fan part back in place to finish the operation.
