Abstract

Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted considerable attention as accessible solar cells due to its ease of fabrication, high energy-conversion efficiency, and low manufacturing costs. This study explores the effect of plasma treatment over time (10, 20, 30 min) on the mesoporous titanium dioxide layer. The solar cell fabrication process was investigated to enhance the efficiency of the power conversion of the PSCs. After modifying the interface between the electron transporting layer and the perovskite layer by plasma surface activation, the plasma surface activation characteristics on the TiO2 electrode were studied. The performance of the PSCs was also studied.
