Abstract

Further investigations of spectra of internal conversion electrons in the {\ }^{166}Tm decay are performed. Calculations in the framework of the phenomenological models taking into account the mixing of low-lying states of {\ }^{166}Er are presented. The branching ratios of E2 and E1 transitions of positive and negative parity states, respectively, having strong deviations from the Alaga rule, are shown. The probability values of dipole electric transitions from the K^{\pi} = O^-_1, 1^-_1 and $^-_1 band levels are calculated.
