Abstract
The problems of cosmic-ray transport in the Galaxy are discussed. The discussion covers the diffusion model of cosmic ray propagation in the Galaxy, the dynamical effects of relativistic particles in the interstellar medium, and the origin of ultra high energy cosmic rays.
