Abstract

Introduction - Biplanar radiographs used in EVAR surveillance varies in rotation and projection even when conducted to standardised protocols. This compromises the sensitivity of the technique to detect device migration or seal zone effacement. This limitation is further exacerbated by inherent inaccuracy of manual side by side visual comparison of sequential films, which is anecdotally used as the predominate method of interpretation.
