The statewide coordinator of the initiative will share stories, experiences and feedback from health care providers and program staff in the pilot sites. Participants will also be given copies of all screening tools, forms, policies and training resources developed and the speakers will facilitate group discussion to get feedback on and answer questions about the materials.
