Abstract

At a time when the popularity of social networks has greatly outgrown traditional media resources and the number of users is steadily increasing, companies have shown a number of new ways of reaching customers and informing about their products or services.
 The main advantages of social networks in business are their speed and simplicity. In addition, social networks, such as „Facebook”, collect a lot of information about users at user registration on social network, which makes it easier for companies to search for their potential customer. Apart from the resources, it is possible to promote product on „Facebook” social network in an economic way without actually spending money. It is important for companies to know all „Facebook” network possibilities of promoting product without big investments.
