Abstract
Nowadays, Africa is losing a lot of values and brains to the detriment of other continents. The promotion of health in Africa requires qualified healthcare personnel available for the African continent. The health system remains less attractive today. This poses a threat to the future of the health system for future generations to come in Africa. African doctors must return and work for Africa, African heads of state must take their responsibility. A good educational system attractive to medical students, externs, interns, especially doctors in the process of graduating in specialties, would be an indispensable asset for a real promotion of health in Africa.
