Abstract

: Since ancient times, education and training have been placed in an important position. Especially, in the context of the current knowledge-based economy development, when human resources are increasingly occupying a central and leading position in development, education and training are increasingly becoming theoretical issues and practice. Education and training are activities of transmitting and perceiving a system of knowledge and social experiences to improve production efficiency and quality of social life. Along with the development of society, education and training have become a self-conscious, organized activity with their purposes, contents, and methods with their programs and plans. Education and training is also conscious and purposeful human activity, a system of influences to make learners perceive and absorb the human cultural value system and create new values on the knowledge base of the previous generation. The article researches the theory of education and training for social development. Within the framework of the article, the author outlines the views on education and training and their role in social development.
