Abstract

A 32-year-old man presented to our dermatology clinic with a 5-year history of increasing skin folds on his scalp, excessive sweating, joint pain, and development of a deep voice. The patient's medical history was significant for acne keloidalis nuchae which had been treated with antibiotics, isotretinoin, and surgical excision with primary closure of the residual lesions, one year before we saw him.
