Abstract
Abstract X-ray analyses of two calix[4]pyrogallolarene complexes with Dl-proline have shown that they form host–guest-like 1:1 complexes in which the pyrrolidine ring of proline is incorporated into the bowl-shaped cavity of calix[4]pyrogallolarene through C–H···π interactions.
