Abstract
Lyric poetry in Macedonian literature, continues to have the status of one of the dominant literary genres, attractive to authors of different generations. This text offers an interpretive and typological overview of six books of poems from the recent Macedonian poetry, published in 2021–2022. The interpretive focus is placed on the thematic, structural, compositional, and stylistic features in the poetry of Zoran Anchevski, Risto Lazarov, Sande Stojchevski, Violeta Tаncheva-Zlateva, Daniela Andonovska-Trajkovska, and Andrej Al-Asadi.
