Abstract
We want to present an urethral prolapse, in an eldery woman, after a physical effort.This situation is rarely reported in the literature, being a more common situation in children and premenarchal girls. The most common presentation is genital mass and bledding. If it is a large one can become strangulated and urinary symptoms are present as acute urine retention. We want to describe the surgical treatment.
