Abstract
Group decision-making (GDM) is regarded as a main part of modern decision science. The weights of decision makers (DMs) are very important in the actual GDM process. How to determine the weights of DMs and to identify the alternatives are the main activities for GDM problems. This work is devoted to develop an entropy-based approach to determine the weights of DMs. Considering that the projection measure is able to provide not only the distance but also the angle between two decision objects, this article intends to identify the alternatives based on the projection measure. This research, however, also finds that the existing projection measures are unreasonable in real vector, interval vector and intuitionistic fuzzy vector settings. To solve this problem, this work provides a new normalized projection measure. Considering the demands of different attributes, this work presents a GDM method with hybrid information representations. An experimental analysis illustrates the practicability, feasibility and validity of method introduced in this paper.
