Abstract
The turnkey contract has been adopted for major construction works on numerous multi-disciplinary projects in the UK and around the world. This paper is primarily concerned with the suitability of turnkey contracts for multi-disciplinary projects and examines the form of the turnkey contract, the contract documentation and the associated style of project management.
