Abstract
There are several perspectives of micro business management, which if strategically redefined and reinvented, could make a difference in the advancement of this crucial constituency of the Nigeria economy. One of such concerns is project analysis and management, particularly in periods of high inflation. This study was advanced in this direction, harnessing and utilizing primary data from 42 incumbent professional (graduate) managers out of a target of 50. Chi-square (x2) statistical technique was applied in testing the research proposition, which underscored the adaptability and adoptability of discounted methodologies in spite of their peculiar size and allied features. The recommendations emphasized indigent entrepreneurial empowerment and micro business executive capacity building at the micro level and more conscientious inflation regimes on the other (macro) side of the divide.
