Abstract

The article deals with the project activity as a mechanism of sustainable development of pedagogical university. Analyzing modern approaches to the implementation of educational policy, the author reveals the advanced nature of pedagogical Based on a systematic approach to the project as an activity aimed at implementing specific goals and solving specific problems, the article considers training of teachers of a new type, who not only have deep subject knowledge, but also possess modern psychological, pedagogical and information and communication technologies; this is the main goal pedagogical university. The interrelation between the quality of education and the quality of human life is revealed. The article presents the experience of project activities in the Ural State Pedagogical University (USPU). Priority projects of the university in all major areas of activity are revealed through the prism of sustainable development of the university. It also describes projects implemented in educational, research and innovation activities, projects aimed at the development of socio-cultural environment for self-realization of students, social partnership in the educational space of the region, as well as international cultural and educational initiatives of the university. The article describes in detail the activity of USPU to create a Pedagogical cluster of the Sverdlovsk region. The purpose of this activity is to unite educational organizations of the region in a single pedagogical cluster, providing leadership of the Sverdlovsk region in the field of continuous pedagogical To achieve this goal, USPU, as an innovative regional platform, introduces a project Innovative model of the training system within the regional cluster of pedagogical education. The task of the innovation platform is to work out a model for the development of vocational guidance in pedagogical classes in secondary schools; pedagogical internship; system of educational work at the university, aimed at the formation of a civil active and socially responsible person, which is ensured by the system of training of staff motivated to work in the profession within the regional pedagogical cluster.
