Abstract

Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumours (MPNST) are rare tumours that usually do not involve cranial nerves. The case we report is to the best of our knowledge the first description of bilateral progressive cranial nerve palsies due to a MPNST in a patient without evidence of Neurofibromatosis.
